Illuminata, Inc. ("Illuminata") values the trust its subscribers and readers place in our company. Accordingly, we adhere to the highest ethical standards in gathering, using and safeguarding information entrusted to us. Illuminata does not collect personal information through its Web site without your knowledge.

Illuminata takes the following steps to respect your privacy when we collect data while you are using our website:

  1. Illuminata does not make any client data available to third parties. We do not sell lists, accept advertising, or generate any third-party revenue from the data that is generated on our site. We do not share data from any client with other clients.
  2. If you are registered to use an Illuminata Library through our subscription services, Illuminata may contact you to obtain information about our services and any improvements we can make to them.
  3. We regularly analyze data to assess trends in the way readers use our material to improve our research, plan site enhancements, and measure overall site effectiveness. We consider this data to be Confidential Information as defined by Illuminata in its Employee Non-Disclosure Agreement.
  4. Illuminata may from time to time send you notifications or invite you to events that we sponsor, co-sponsor, or that may be of interest to you.
  5. Where required by client contract, Illuminata allows client Account Managers access to registration data to modify and update their subscription member list.
  6. Internal employee education around our Privacy Policy includes discussion of client subscriber privileges and stresses the confidentiality of our clients' data.
  7. All Illuminata employees receive copies of this Privacy Policy as part of employee training. Illuminata's management considers violation of client confidentiality to be a serious infringement of Illuminata policies.
  8. You may choose to receive email notifications in PDF or HTML format when a new work is posted to our online library.
  9. You may unsubscribe from library email notifications at any time by replying to any of these notifications with unsubscribe in the subject line.
