Analysts and IT Advisor

We are seeking industry experts in complex, enterprise-scale computing to assist us in providing research and advisory services to IT developers and decision-makers.

Candidates should be recognized as IT experts and have 3+ years of experience in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, or corresponding experience and deep knowledge and commercial awareness of the IT industry. Good customer relations and the capability of managing new projects from the planning to the implementation phase a must. Proven writing skills and presentation experience preferred.

As an analyst you will be responsible for on-going research and analysis of your topic areas. You will also conduct and summarize interviews, author analytical articles and support sales. Some travel required.

We are seeking candidates in the following areas:

Application Strategies—Expertise should include application availability, scalability, manageability, and serviceability, as well as Web-, and Java-focused programming models and relational and object databases.

Infrastructure Management—Expertise in distributed management tools, XML- and Java-enabled management interfaces, information security issues and service level agreements.

Information Architectures—Expertise should include information storage including SAN and NAS technologies in the network-centric enterprise.

Computing Foundations—Expertise in systems architecture, I/O technologies including Fibre Channel and InfiniBand, mainframes, systems OS and product choices required.
